PERFORMANCE COACH, MINDFUL ATHLETE, RBC GRANFONDO AMBASSADOR, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH CHAMPION
Kristen’s approach is unique. She applies her Master’s in behaviour, training as a pilates instructor, brain-based coach, and performance athlete to support her clients as they learn to cultivate resilience.
Her journey as an athlete, rebuilding herself after a cycling crash, and raising boys as a single parent has given her real-world resilience, which resonates with clients. She combines compassion, levity, and wisdom to tackle serious topics, making her a compelling speaker and coach.

RUNNING ON RESILIENCE
As an athlete, Kristen understands the power of a strong core and mindfulness. These principles propelled her to qualify for the Boston Marathon in 2024 after she completed her first marathon months after a cycling crash that broke her body. This journey illustrates the importance of physical and mental resilience, which she now applies to her work as a performance coach. Her love of sport started from a young age as a competitive Nordic ski racer and coach.
