Kristen is a certified Mat Pilates and Yoga Instructor. Her areas of specialization include Pilates for Performance and Core Strength, Golf and rotational Power, and Pilates for sexual performance. She teaches group classes at Gold’s Gym and Golf Courses throughout the Lower Mainland. She occasionally also offers a few private lessons in her Vancouver studio and over Zoom.
