Kristen knows this first hand—overcoming a serious cycling crash to qualify for the Boston Marathon on her first attempt. Inspired by her three sons, she became invested in men's health, which inspired her to take her career in Organizational Behaviour and Leadership in a new direction. Today, with over 300 hours of coaching in men’s health and weekly coaching with men concerning sexual performance and function, she is building a reputation as a leader in men’s performance coaching.

Whether addressing challenges like mindset, masculine identity, breathing and pilates movement erectile dysfunction or the secret of play long-term intimacy, Kristen’s expertise offers men practical solutions for personal growth and connection.

Her journey as an athlete, rebuilding herself after a cycling crash, and raising boys as a single parent provides her real-world resilience that resonates with clients. She combines compassion, levity, and wisdom to tackle serious topics, making her a compelling speaker and coach.

ATHLETE

As an athlete, Kristen understands the power of a strong core and mindfulness. These principles propelled her to qualify for the Boston Marathon in 2024 after she completed her first marathon months after a cycling crash that broke her body. This journey illustrates the importance of physical and mental resilience, which she now applies to her work as a sex educator and performance coach. Her love of sport started from a young age as a competitive Nordic ski racer and coach.
She is a Pilates Instructor who created the Prime Pilates method for men, which she now uses to help men enhance their performance in all aspects of life, including sexual health. She is a yoga instructor who loves golfing and cycling in for fun.
