    We thrive when we’re able to perform at our best whether it’s in the boardroom of the bedroom. Performance coaching creates powerful and lasting change. Coaching is an action-oriented form of growth that focuses on doing, being and feeling. I have more than 300 hours in coaching with intimacy and relationships including sexual health, sexual performance, erectile & arousal difficulties, and intimacy roadblocks.

    Intimacy Coaching for Couples

    Our couples coaching focuses on the behaviour changes needed to building a sound relationships house: connected friendship, intimate bonds and sizzling chemistry. We'll let the science of the Gottman Couples Therapy Framework, Sexual Health & Wellness. alongside attachment theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and MBSR guide us.

  • Prime Strength Circles

    Prime Strength Circles is a safe, open, and inclusive space for men to gather to listen and share their concerns. Each Circle is led by Kristen and begins with a guided meditation and an overview of active listening. We break out into groups of two with another man, where you'll take turns talking and listening. Afterward, everyone returns for a group reflection before wrapping up. Research shows that simple, meaningful connections can offer the same emotional relief and growth as certain forms of professional counselling, helping break the cycle of loneliness, worry, and stress.   • Mindset & Athletic Coaching

    I’m a Pilates and Yoga instructor and a certified CANSI Coach. Mindfulness touches everything I do, so I trained in MBSR. I offer mindset training for golf, running, cycling and nordic skiing.
